Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms, though slightly dated, were clean and had a working air conditioner. The service was friendly and helpful, especially from Richie, Gavin, and Cruise. The location was convenient, close to the airport with beautiful views. However, the dining experience was a bit lacking with slow restocking and lukewarm food.
I was initially pleasantly surprised by the hotel, with rooms not being open at the same time but offering fabulous views. The rooms themselves were nice and properly decorated, equipped with a well-stocked mini bar and high-speed internet access, even in my room. The food quality didn't quite meet my expectations, but considering the price I paid, it was definitely a steal!
The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were not as updated as shown in the pictures, but they were spacious with a four-poster bed and a Jacuzzi tub, just as we requested. However, there was an issue with the proximity to the handicap room. The service, excluding the staff in orange shirts pushing a seminar, was friendly and helpful overall. The location was suitable for a relaxing getaway, despite encountering some rude behavior at the pool. The dining experience was subpar, with lukewarm food and slow restocking, but the facilities were satisfactory.
I stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. Brandon, one of the workers, was truly helpful, but there was a persistent smell of vomit in the rooms. On the bright side, the rooms had balconies with a small table and chairs, conveniently located on the lobby side of the building.
Although the hotel offers a clean and well-kept resort with outdated rooms and a disappointing beach, the overall experience was enjoyable with friendly staff and a great location.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms didn't meet expectations, with a mix-up resulting in a noisy night. However, they were always kept clean despite being dated. The service was a bit hit-and-miss, with some staff members unfriendly but others, like Ruddine Johnson in the coffee shop, being exceptional. Location-wise, the property had its ups and downs, being outdated due to a renting agreement but offering a nice beach ambiance with excellent drink options. The dining options were a letdown, failing to impress, especially with a very subpar restaurant experience. Despite these shortcomings, the facilities were decent, offering basic amenities throughout the property.
The hotel's location is excellent, close to Margaritaville and shops, but the rooms were not as expected without essential items like towels. The service was lacking, with some staff being rude. The dining options were limited, with the buffet needing more variety, yet there were complimentary covered dishes available. The facilities need updating but the beach had jellyfish concerns.
The hotel rooms were clean and tidy, offering an average experience typical of a moderate resort. The service was extremely friendly and attentive, setting a high standard for guest services. The location, while close to the airport with beautiful views, needs renovation and impacted excursion decisions. The dining options were limited, but the hotel offered a variety suitable for children.
The hotel rooms were acceptable despite some issues with keys, towels, and the safe not working properly. The comfort and cleanliness made up for these shortcomings. The location was nice, but sometimes overcrowded by local children. The dining experience was subpar with lukewarm food and slow restocking. The service was welcoming at check-in, but room service and certain staff members were not friendly. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
My room at the Unlimited Vacation Club was decorated with a birthday theme, complete with a birthday banner, balloons, and a birthday cake waiting for me. The balcony was a nice touch, although the room felt a bit outdated. I encountered some issues like faulty keys, missing towels, and a malfunctioning safe, which were inconvenient. Despite these drawbacks, the room was acceptable for my stay.
The hotel is located in a convenient spot, a bit outdated but acceptable. The room keys had issues, towels were missing, and the safe didn't work. However, the friendly service and proximity to dining areas make up for it.
The hotel pleasantly surprised me with its beautiful location, though it needed some improvements in the dining options. The service was outstanding, and the facilities were top-notch, making it worth the money.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and fine, but slightly dated. The noise from the front lobby made it hard to rest properly, especially since they provided the wrong bedding setup for us. The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions, although maintenance issues on the beach were a drawback. The dining options varied but could use some improvement in quality. The facilities were decent but not exceptional.
The hotel is set in a lovely location with plenty to do for all ages. The rooms, although just clean and basic after our evening meal, were not initially what we booked but eventually sorted upon check-in. The service, while the entertainment crew seemed a bit overworked, was entertaining but slightly repetitive for short-stay guests. The dining options lacked variety and fresh fruit, particularly at the grill. The facilities overall were adequate, catering to a large number of guests, including those with disabilities.
The hotel had nice housekeeping and comfortable rooms but lacked sufficient tea supplies. The staff was friendly overall, but the phone in the room didn't work throughout our stay. The location was perfect, with a lovely but slightly worn look. The dining experience was poor in terms of quality and service. The facilities were satisfactory.
